Hi Melissa,
I made your vegan jambalaya with brown rice which was delicious but I made far too much and as I didn’t want to waste any I froze the leftovers but now am unsure as it contained rice whether it would be ok to eat? Please could you advise?

If it was in an airtight container and didn't get freezer burn, I think it should be fine :).
