Lo cierto es que no me lo esperaba, pero mientras valoraba la viabilidad de un blog de recetas vegetarianas en espa\u00f1ol, una de las recetas con la que fui topando una y otra vez en los blogs de recetas vegetarianas en espa\u00f1ol existentes, fue la de alb\u00f3ndigas vegetarianas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en la (gran) minor\u00eda de supermercados donde se pueden encontrar productos vegetarianos las alb\u00f3ndigas vegetarianas es una de las opciones habituales.<\/p>\n<p>Yo he elaborado mis alb\u00f3ndigas con quinoa y champi\u00f1ones. Bajar el fuego y dejar cocer lentamente hasta que la quinoa haya absorbido el agua.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8242-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">En otra sart\u00e9n a\u00f1adir aceite y a fuego medio fre\u00edr el pimiento rojo durante 30 segundos. A\u00f1adir luego la cebolla, sal y pimienta al gusto y dejar pochar. Luego a\u00f1adir el ajo y el tomillo y fre\u00edr 30 segundos m\u00e1s.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8242-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">A\u00f1adir las champi\u00f1ones y cocinar hasta dorar durante 10 minutos aproximadamente. Luego a\u00f1adir la pasta de tomate y cocinar durante 1 minuto m\u00e1s. Humedecer nuestras manos con agua e ir dando forma a las alb\u00f3ndigas utilizando como medida una cuchara.
