Es un pueblo encantador de casas blancas y calles empedradas y serpenteantes. El pueblo es famoso por ser el hogar de Salvador Dal\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que antes era un pueblo tranquillo, de pescadores, hoy en d\u00eda vive b\u00e1sicamente del turismo. Incluso a principios de Abril, y a pesar del viento g\u00e9lido, las calles estaban abarrotadas de turistas y los restaurantes llenos.<\/p>\n<p>Es el lugar perfecto para sentarse en una terraza y disfrutar de la comida mediterr\u00e1nea con un mar turquesa y centelleante como tel\u00f3n de fondo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-734\" src=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Cadaques-Collage.jpg\" alt=\"El Fideu\u00e1 se suele preparar con mariscos. Es parecido a la paella, pero lleva fideos cortos y finos en lugar de arroz. Normalemente se prepara en una paella y se puede a\u00f1adir una gran variedad de ingredientes, pero lo m\u00e1s tipico es el marisco.<\/p>\n<p>Los fideos existen en una gran gamma de grosores, del tama\u00f1o del macarroni al cabello de \u00e1ngel. Si no tienes fideos para fideu\u00e0, puedes usar fideos secos de cabello de \u00e1ngel y romperlos en pedazos de dos cent\u00edmetros. Los fideos primero se tuestan y luego se cuecen a fuego lento en caldo de pescado o marisco antes de terminar el plato en el horno para dejar la capa superior crujiente.<\/p>\n<p>El fondo se quema y se queda pegado a la sart\u00e9n, y esta capa crujiente tiene un nombre especial: socarrat. Mi marido siempre pens\u00f3 que era el maestro de la fideu\u00e0 hasta que decid\u00ed desarollar una versi\u00f3n vegana.<\/p>\n<p>Al principio no ten\u00eda mucha fe en mi capacidad para crear un caldo sabroso sin marisco pero logr\u00e9 contrapron\u00f3stico demostrar que se pod\u00eda. Polvo de setas y salsa de soja a\u00f1aden un elemento de umami que amplifica el sabor del caldo de verduras marcando la diferencia.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede comprar polvo de setas en supermercados especializados o se pueden poner unas setas deshidratadas en el procesador de alimentos y pulverizarlas hasta convertirlas en un polvo fino. De todas maneras, el polvo de setas es opcional si no lo puedes conseguir.
