Parece que est\u00e1 llegando a ser aceptado aqu\u00ed, lo que es bueno ya que el tofu es un ingrediente esencial en mi dieta desde que era adolescente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar del hecho de que en mi barrio sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de encontrar, todav\u00eda prefiero comprar un par de bloques cada vez que voy al supermercado asi\u00e1tico en el centro de la cuidad. Es m\u00e1s barato, m\u00e1s fresco y siempre disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como no puedo ir todas las semanas, guardo un par de bloques en el congelador para tener a mano cuando lo necesite. El beneficio de congelar tofu es doble: se mantiene fresco por m\u00e1s tiempo y crea bolsas de aire que permiten que el tofu absorba m\u00e1s salsa siendo as\u00ed m\u00e1s sabroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro paso indispensable para darle m\u00e1s sabor al tofu es presionarlo. Mi m\u00e9todo para hacerlo es cortar el bloque en l\u00e1minas y colocarlas una al lado de la otra entre dos hojas de papel de cocina. Luego colocar el tofu con el papel de cocina entre dos toallas de ba\u00f1o muy absorbentes y poner dos libros pesados encima.
