Esta receta de tofu agridulce es una de mis preferidas desde que la prepar\u00e9 por primera vez hace unos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Publiqu\u00e9 una versi\u00f3n de esta receta en el blog en 2015 y he estado haciendo peque\u00f1os cambios en la receta cada vez que la hago desde entonces. El \u00faltimo cambio que hice fue a\u00f1adir una lata de melocot\u00f3n en alm\u00edbar junto con la pi\u00f1a \u2013 algo que vi hacer a Jamie Oliver en uno de sus programas. Sin embargo no sab\u00eda lo f\u00e1cil que es hacerlo en casa!<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor de preparar el tofu agridulce en casa es que puedes conseguir el equilibrio de sabores a tu gusto. Te gusta un poco m\u00e1s \u00e1cido o un poco m\u00e1s dulce? No hay problema, es f\u00e1cil de ajustar.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n tienes control sobre qu\u00e9 verduras quieres a\u00f1adir. Lo m\u00e1s t\u00edpico son los pimientos verdes y rojos pero puedes echarle br\u00f3coli, ma\u00edz beb\u00e9, tirabeques, esp\u00e1rragos o cualquier cosa que puedas imaginar. Es algo que empec\u00e9 a hacer cuando desarrolle mi receta de <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/tofu-a-la-pimienta-negra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tofu a la pimienta negra<\/a>,<\/u> y es tan delicioso! Desde entonces no hago mi tofu de otra manera.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez el tofu est\u00e9 frito, saltear tu cebolla, ajo y verduras y verter la salsa agridulce. En s\u00f3lo unos minutos la salsa esta deliciosamente espesa y lista para servir. Devolver el tofu a la sart\u00e9n, mezclar bien para cubrirlo con la salsa y servir acompa\u00f1ado de arroz, quinoa o tu cereal preferido.
