Cuando vives en un piso sin balc\u00f3n, normalmente no tienes mucho margen para producir tus propios alimentos, pero nosotros tenemos la suerte de tener acceso a una gran terraza en la azotea del edificio. As\u00ed que durante las \u00faltimas semanas he estado ocupada construyendo un huerto con palets y apur\u00e1ndome para sembrar mis tomates antes de que haga demasiado calor. Como es mi primera temporada cuidando un huerto con este clima mediterr\u00e1neo, si logro cultivar alguna hortaliza est\u00e1 por ver. Es por eso que no he estado actualizando el blog recientemente, aunque he estado cocinando y preparando nuevas recetas. Esta receta de sopa de miso con verduras y pufs de tofu la prepar\u00e9 hace casi un mes, antes de que el verano nos sorprendiera. Por si no los conoces, los pufs de tofu son cubos de tofu fritos en aceite abundante con una textura esponjosa que puedes encontrar en la nevera de tu supermercado asi\u00e1tico. Los encuentras con frecuencia en sopas, estofados y curris asi\u00e1ticos. Supuestamente se pueden hacer en casa si fr\u00edes tofu com\u00fan en aceite abundante, pero hasta ahora no tuve \u00e9xito con este m\u00e9todo. Cortar los tallos en trozos peque\u00f1os y cortar las hojas a tiras finas. Cortar el br\u00f3coli en trozos peque\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8121-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">En una olla grande calentar el caldo hasta hervir a fuego lento. A\u00f1adir el miso y remover hasta incorporarlo al caldo. Rasgar las hojas de lima kaffir para soltar el aroma y a\u00f1adir al caldo junto con el jengibre y chili. Luego a\u00f1adir los tallos de pak choi y el br\u00f3coli. Cocinar durante un par de minutos y luego a\u00f1adir las hojas de pak choi. Hervir a fuego lento hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n cocidas. Retirar la olla del fuego.
