Es asombroso ver lo r\u00e1pido que han crecido los esquejes enclenques que plant\u00e9, a algunos no les daba ni dos telediarios, aunque ha resultado un huerto floreciente y exuberante. Tomates y pimientos ya han empezado a dar sus frutos y las hierbas est\u00e1n proliferando abruptamente. Esto quiere decir que necesito m\u00e1s recetas que contengan albahaca\u2026y r\u00e1pido! Lo m\u00e1s obvio es el pesto; aunque la mayor\u00eda de las recetas de pesto no son veganas, ni las considero vegetarianas, ya que el parmesano est\u00e1 hecho con cuajo animal, es bastante sencillo hacer un pesto vegano, sin parmesano o sustituy\u00e9ndolo por otro ingrediente umami como levadura nutricional o pasta de miso. Tambi\u00e9n hay flexibilidad con los otros ingredientes. Los pi\u00f1ones son realmente caros, igual que aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a donde se produce y forman parte integral de muchas recetas espa\u00f1olas tradicionales. As\u00ed que las nueces pueden ser una alternativa aceptable aunque dan un sabor un poco diferente al pesto.
