Muchas cosas seg\u00fan este art\u00edculo del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/foodanddrink\/foodanddrinkadvice\/11706312\/Perfect-bruschetta-whats-the-Italians-secret.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Telegraph<\/a>. El argumento principal del autor es que la calidad de los ingredientes es primordial, una afirmaci\u00f3n con la que estoy totalmente de acuerdo. Cuando un plato lleva un m\u00ednimo de ingredientes es esencial elegir los ingredientes de mayor calidad que tengas al alcance para asegurar que el plato resalte. Por suerte vivo en un pa\u00eds donde se produce una gran variedad de tomates. Pr\u00e1cticamente cada almuerzo o cena que prepara incluye pa amb tomaquet: pan tostado frotado con un diente de ajo y tomate, y luego salpicado con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta \u2013 b\u00e1sicamente un primo de la bruschetta (como la conocemos en Am\u00e9rica del Norte). Lo que he aprendido de mis investigaciones es que la bruschetta es mucho m\u00e1s compleja que los tomates sobre pan tostado a los que estamos acostumbrados en Am\u00e9rica del Norte, aunque he aprendido que los tomates no son el \u00fanico ingrediente que puede componer la bruschetta, en esta receta he preparado la bruschetta m\u00e1s conocida de una manera apta para servir de picoteo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1157 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/bruschetta-cups-4.jpg\" alt=\"Unas copitas de masa filo relleno de bruschetta. Con cada bocado se caen trozos de tomate al plato y corre el jugo por mi ment\u00f3n. Copitas de masa filo crean el recipiente ideal para los tomates picados y por eso estas copitas de bruschetta en masa filo son geniales para servir de entrante o comida para picar durante una fiesta. He probado la receta con muchas variaciones: asar los tomates en el horno, cortar los tomates por la mitad o picarlos, todas han sido deliciosas.
