Para ser honesta, a m\u00ed siempre me caus\u00f3 indiferencia. Mi experiencia de ni\u00f1a con dicha hortaliza se reduce a su versi\u00f3n enlatada, por lo que imagino que la aversi\u00f3n a la remolacha que tiene mucha gente resulta de una experiencia parecida.<\/p>\n<p>No creo que hayan sido las remolachas en si mismas las que daban asco, en realidad retienen bastante su sabor fresco despu\u00e9s de haber sido enlatadas, sino, m\u00e1s bien es el jarabe espeso y dulce en el que las remolachas van envasadas.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, no soy para nada contraria a experimentar con remolachas frescas. De hecho parece que la remolacha se ha puesto de moda viendo todas las recetas para hamburguesas de remolacha, brownies de remolacha y carpaccio de remolacha que aparecen en internet y recetarios vegetarianos. Otro ingrediente m\u00e1s que me obliga a hacer un viaje especial al mercado, y pagar en exceso, antes de que cierren a las 2:00 (En serio, no entiendo quien tiene tiempo para ir al mercado hoy en d\u00eda).<\/p>\n<p>Parad\u00f3jicamente, he visto remolacha en el men\u00fa de varios restaurantes barceloneses estas \u00faltimas semanas y esta receta de tartar de remolacha y boniato est\u00e1 inspirada en uno de esos platos.
