Me sent\u00ed muy emocionada cuando colocaron el cartel y me di cuenta de que iba a ser thai, me tuvieron que echar un par de veces del recinto porque a\u00fan no estaban abiertos oficialmente. Estoy totalmente obsesionada con la comida thai y con encontrar maneras de hacerla vegetariana lo cual no es dif\u00edcil de hacer una vez superas la salsa de pescado y la pasta de gambas. Puedes usar sustitutos ingeniosos o dejarlas fuera, como es el caso de esta receta, \u00a1y queda igual de delicioso!<\/p>\n<p>Curry massaman es un poco diferente a los otros curries thai que probablemente ya conozcas. Sin embargo, es casi imposible que siga una receta exactamente como es, as\u00ed que claro que hice algunos cambios. El libro incluye una receta sencilla de pasta de curry massaman a la cual a\u00f1ad\u00ed galangal, pero puede ser dif\u00edcil de encontrar as\u00ed que lo puedes suprimir si no tienes. Adem\u00e1s, la receta lleva chiles frescos, pero yo solo ten\u00eda secos. Los chiles que us\u00e9 eran largos y suaves, m\u00e1s o menos de 10 cm. \u00a1No uses chiles picantes para esta receta!<\/p>\n<p class=\"item ERName\">Mol\u00ed las especias en mi mortero de piedra, para facilitar el trabajo puse los chiles, citronela, galangal, chalotes y ajo en el procesador de alimentos durante unos minutos, y finalmente traslad\u00e9 todo al mortero para terminar manualmente y obtener una pasta muy suave. El resultado es una arom\u00e1tica pasta de curry oscura que es \u00a1totalmente libre de pescado!
