Dos cosas: boniato (\u00f1am-\u00f1am, boniato) y crema agria vegana casera. S\u00ed, has o\u00eddo bien: crema agria <em>casera<\/em>. Hace unos meses prob\u00e9 el producto vegetariano \u201cBetter Than Sour Cream\u201d de Toffuti y sab\u00eda m\u00e1s a tofu que a crema agria, ni hablar de todos los ingredientes que contiene que no puedo ni pronunciar. Perfecto para un cena de entresemana, siendo un gran multiusos para terminar con todas las verduras sueltas que tienes languideciendo en tu nevera. Para m\u00ed es importante usar al menos dos tipos de frijoles diferentes para un contraste de sabores y texturas. Luego echa las verduras que te gusten, tomates en lata con su jugo y dale sabor con una mezcla de especias. \u00bfQu\u00e9 podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil?
