No estoy segura de d\u00f3nde surgi\u00f3 esta obsesi\u00f3n, visto que jam\u00e1s comimos pho en un restaurante (por la carne, ya sabes), pero imagino que se nos encaprich\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de haberlo visto en alg\u00fan programa de cocina. As\u00ed que cuando unos amigos nos invitaron a comer a un restaurante vietnamita, el cual ofrec\u00eda ciertas opciones vegetarianas, estuvimos cautelosamente optimistas de la posibilidad de probar pho por primera vez.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho ten\u00edan pho en la carta y cuando preguntamos a la camarera si pod\u00edan hacer un pho vegetariano, nos qued\u00f3 claro que no \u00e9ramos los primeros en pregunt\u00e1rselo. Lamentablemente y a pesar de la demanda obvia, la respuesta fue no, s\u00f3lo hac\u00edan su versi\u00f3n carn\u00edvora. As\u00ed que sin poder ser disuadidos, decidimos hacer pho vegano en casa. Toma mi receta para caldo como gu\u00eda, esto es lo que mi paquete de verduras inclu\u00eda, aunque puedes usar la combinaci\u00f3n de verduras que m\u00e1s te guste o tengas a mano. S\u00f3lo asegurarte de usar MUCHAS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ERSeparator\">Lo mismo para los acompa\u00f1amientos, mi receta es s\u00f3lo una gu\u00eda ya que el pho es muy flexible y se presta f\u00e1cilmente a muchas combinaciones diferentes. Si no te gustan los brotes de soja, cilantro o setas (\u00a1aunque las setas marinadas son acojonantes!), prueba verduras chinas como el pak choi, tofu, zanahoria, br\u00f3coli, albahaca, chili
