Es raro porque nunca lo hab\u00eda probado antes de mudarme de casa y empezar a cocinar para mi misma. Mi madre negaba hacer risotto alegando que \u201clleva <em>mucho tiempo<\/em> prepararlo\u201d. No, no tanto, tal vez 20 minutos <em>max<\/em>. <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/risotto-de-alcachofas-y-tomates-secos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Risotto de alcachofas y tomates secos<\/a><\/span> fue uno de los primeros platos vegetarianos que a\u00f1ad\u00ed a mi repertorio cuando me convert\u00ed oficialmente en \u201cadulta\u201d y lo sigo usando para impresionar a la gente desde hace 15 a\u00f1os. De hecho creo que ese plato es uno de los motivos por el cual mi marido se cas\u00f3 conmigo y sigue siendo uno de nuestros platos favoritos. Pero no sab\u00eda que el risotto ten\u00eda tantos usos diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada miraba <em>Restaurant Startup<\/em> y el concepto del restaurante se centraba en los arancini \u2013 o bolas de risotto fritas. No es necesario decir que durante el episodio entero no pararon de hacer bromas malas sobre bolas, pero me abri\u00f3 los ojos a las posibilidades de relleno que los arancini pueden tener. Hab\u00eda pensando anteriormente que los arancini ten\u00edan b\u00e1sicamente un relleno de queso y\/o carne, y me sorprendi\u00f3 ve en el programa que serv\u00edan una opci\u00f3n con broccolini. Y a\u00fan m\u00e1s si haces el risotto para cenar la noche anterior y guardas un poco para hacer los arancini al d\u00eda siguiente. Aparte de eso es s\u00f3lo una cuesti\u00f3n de pochar cebolla y setas con unas especias y formar las bolas. Cu\u00e1nto m\u00e1s grandes sean tus manos m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil ser\u00e1 formar las bolas. Las m\u00edas son anormalmente peque\u00f1as as\u00ed que me las he apa\u00f1ado como he podido. Pero si tienes manos de tama\u00f1o normal, entonces este es un almuerzo o cena que puedes preparar en unos 45 minutos.
