Me acuerdo haber visto hace unos a\u00f1os una hermosa foto de fideos al estilo Singapur vegetarianos. He buscado y buscado ese pin sin \u00e9xito pero se me ha quedado grabado. Hace unas semanas cuando publiqu\u00e9 la receta para <u><a href=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/vermicelli-de-arroz-con-verduras-salteadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vermicelli de arroz con verduras salteadas<\/a><\/u>, habl\u00e9 de la aparici\u00f3n reciente de vermicelli de arroz en supermercados. Pero mientras que la paella saca su color del azafr\u00e1n o a veces del colorante alimenticio (encontr\u00e9 un bote de \u201ccolorante para paella\u201d en la despensa de mi marido \u00a1cielos!), los fideos al estilo Singapur toman el color de la c\u00farcuma del curry.<\/p>\n<p>Prefiero mezclar mis propios polvos de curry para controlar los sabores y el picante de cada mezcla pero es cierto que hay que tener un especiero bastante bien abastecido.
