Prob\u00e9 varias recetas de pizza durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y creo que estas pizzetas con harina de garbanzos y hummus podr\u00edan ser mis nuevas preferidas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque son muy <em>f\u00e1ciles <\/em>de hacer. No hay necesidad de preocuparse por la levadura o esperar una hora y media para que la masa suba. Ya us\u00e9 la socca para mi <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/socca-con-ratatouille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">socca con ratatouille<\/a><\/u><\/span> y como podr\u00edas imaginar, se puede comer socca con casi cualquier cosa. Adem\u00e1s de ratatouille, mi socca llevaba una cucharada de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pesto-vegano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pesto vegano<\/u><\/a><\/span>, lo que tambi\u00e9n casar\u00eda estupendamente como salsa para estas pizzetas con harina de garbanzo. Y si est\u00e1s realmente obsesionado con el aquafaba, como yo, considerar\u00e1s los garbanzos como subproducto del aquafaba y siempre es un suplicio encontrar alg\u00fan uso a todos los garbanzos que sobran.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta obvia es hummus. Resulta que el hummus no es s\u00f3lo bueno para comer con pan de pita o en bocadillos, sino que tambi\u00e9n es genial como salsa para pizza. Estas porciones peque\u00f1as tienen la fuerza suficiente para poderse comer con las manos como si fueran porciones de una pizza normal.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edas igualmente hacer una pizza mediana, pero tal vez har\u00eda falta tomarla con cubiertos. Las puedes hacer dentro de cualquier olla apta para el horno.
