A pesar de esto, hay mucha gente que se siente intimidada al hacer pasta casera y admito que yo era una de ellas. La de historias que escuchas de abuelas italianas con grandes m\u00fasculos tras a\u00f1os de trabajo laborioso de amasar pasta fresca. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 una ciudadana moderna elegir\u00eda amasar, estirar y cortar su propia pasta casera cuando se puede comprar, hervir y servir en menos de 30 minutos? La probamos y result\u00f3 que no fue tan dif\u00edcil como hab\u00eda pensado. Me imagino que te est\u00e1s preguntando \u201cseguro que no es tan dif\u00edcil cuando tienes una m\u00e1quina para pasta\u201d. Cierto, la m\u00e1quina facilita el trabajo, pero tampoco es tan laborioso sin la maquina y tienes la libertad de hacer cualquier tipo de pasta que te guste. \u00bfQuieres verde? A\u00f1ade espinacas. \u00bfQuieres amarillo? Tal vez tengas malos recuerdos de infancia, de estar forzado a comer remolacha en lata, pero la remolacha fresca es otra cosa totalmente diferente y me encantan las remolachas en este <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/tartar-de-remolacha-y-boniato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tartar de remolacha y boniato<\/a><\/span>. Segundo, esta pasta fresca de remolacha no tiene un sabor fuerte a remolacha. Sugiero una simple reducci\u00f3n de vino blanco para resaltar el color de la remolacha. Aunque no es necesario, si te sobra algo de pur\u00e9 de remolacha y lo quieres usar, lo puedes a\u00f1adir a la salsa para un sabor m\u00e1s dulce y m\u00e1s a remolacha. En este caso, recomiendo a\u00f1adir una o dos cucharaditas de bals\u00e1mico para cortar la dulzura un poco.<\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-7828\"
