Pero la paella no deber\u00eda ser un plato r\u00e1pido de 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de todo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 le va a dar al arroz todo su sabor si no es un sofrito profundo y rico cocido lentamente? Se rindi\u00f3 el y gan\u00e9 yo. Prometi\u00f3 hacer paella vegana, pero s\u00f3lo si le ayudaba. Por suerte, ayudarle s\u00f3lo consist\u00eda en dejarme ver por la cocina bebiendo un vaso de vino (o dos \u2013 ya te dije que la paella necesita tiempo).<\/p>\n<p>Busc\u00f3 una receta para paella valenciana e intent\u00f3 simplemente cambiar la carne por verduras. Nuestro primer problema con este m\u00e9todo, y el que veo con la mayor\u00eda de las recetas para paella vegetal por internet, es que al final las verduras m\u00e1s blandas como el pimiento y esp\u00e1rragos quedaron sobre-cocidas, muy blandas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3199\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Vegan-paella-photo-1.jpg\" alt=\"Esta paella vegana con verduras de primavera es riqu\u00edsima y sobrosa. Esta vez buscamos recetas para paella de verduras, pero la mayor\u00eda de estas recetas omitieron el paso importante de hacer el sofrito.<\/p>\n<p>El sofrito es la base del sabor de toda paella que se preste y sin ello s\u00f3lo tienes un plato soso y aburrido de arroz con verduras (incluso si lo pones en una paella).<\/p>\n<p>El sofrito se empieza infusionando las verduras en aceite de oliva, luego a\u00f1adiendo tomate triturado e hirviendo para evaporar el l\u00edquido.Finalmente se a\u00f1ade el caldo de verduras, hierbas y sazonamientos y se cocina a fuego muy bajo durante 30 minutos para intensificar los sabores.<\/p>\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo se cocine, m\u00e1s oscuro de color y sabroso estar\u00e1. S\u00f3lo ahora se puede a\u00f1adir el arroz y cocinar, sin remover, durante m\u00e1s o menos otros 20 minutos. \u00bfLo ves?
