Servidas con una salsa rosa hecha con aquafaba.\" width=\"680\" height=\"1020\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1-360x540.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1-180x270.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Estos d\u00edas Barcelona tiene la temperatura perfecta, que te permite salir sin abrigo pero sin derretirte de la calda.<\/p>\n<p>Quiero decir que durante estas pocas semanas de ni fr\u00edo ni calor es el momento perfecto para salir y sentarte en una terraza al sol con una cerveza fr\u00eda y unas tapas.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando salimos de tapas normalmente nos apegamos a las <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/patatas-bravas-ahumadas-como-ahumar-en-una-cocina-vitroceramica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>patatas bravas<\/u><\/a><\/span> y <u><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pimientos-de-padron\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pimientos de padr\u00f3n<\/a><\/span>,<\/u> pero las bombas de patata son una tapa que se pueden tambi\u00e9n encontrar f\u00e1cilmente en los bares de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Como nunca ped\u00ed una bomba de patata en un bar, fue mi marido el que me las dio a conocer y sugiri\u00f3 que hiciera una versi\u00f3n vegana.<\/p>\n<p>Es verdad \u2013 las bombas de patata son muy similares a los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/arancini-con-setas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u>arancini<\/u><\/span><\/a> italianos, las pelotitas de arroz rellenas y servidas con salsa marinara que tal vez ya conozcas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las bombas son a\u00fan m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de preparar. Servidas con una salsa rosa hecha con aquafaba.\" width=\"680\" height=\"1020\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1_06.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1_06-360x540.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/bombas_1_06-180x270.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lo que es interesante de las bombas de patata es que es uno de los pocos platos espa\u00f1oles que lleva un poco de picante.<\/p>\n<p>Chili y cayena no son ingredientes que se suelan encontrar en la comida espa\u00f1ola pero, para mi deleite, las recetas para bombas de patata llevan picante en el relleno y en la salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edas encontrar una o dos salsas de acompa\u00f1amiento para este plato: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/alioli-rapido-sin-huevo-ni-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u>alioli<\/u><\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pimientos-de-padron\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u>salsa brava<\/u><\/span><\/a> o una salsa rosa que es una mezcla de mayonesa y k\u00e9tchup.<\/p>\n<p>Escog\u00ed la tercera, que si conoces el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/alioli-rapido-sin-huevo-ni-leche\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><u>aquafaba<\/u><\/span><\/a> (l\u00edquido de garbanzos), es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar en pocos minutos.
