Nunca mido nada (muy malo cuando escribir recetas es tu trabajo!) as\u00ed que casi siempre termino haciendo demasiada cantidad.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes pensar que ya tendr\u00eda que tener la mano rota en esto, visto que hago arroz al menos tres veces por semana para <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/?s=curry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>todos los diferentes tipos de curry<\/u><\/a><\/span> que preparo (me encanta el curry!), pero inevitablemente siempre hago de m\u00e1s, sobras olvidadas que se endurecen y se secan en la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPero no se invent\u00f3 el arroz frito justo para hacer \u00fatil esas sobras de arroz seco? Ya sabemos todos que para hacer el mejor arroz frito hay que utilizar arroz del d\u00eda anterior porque su menor contenido de agua evitar\u00e1 que se pegue y se ponga pastoso cuando lo friamos.<\/p>\n<p>No s\u00f3lo eso, sino tambi\u00e9n se le puede echar cualquier otra sobra que tengas pululando por la nevera. Es otro de esos platos flexibles d\u00f3nde todo est\u00e1 permitido.
