Esa textura como viscosa y el jugo que expulsaban a cada mordida me daba asco. No s\u00e9 cuando mis gustos cambiaron pero ahora me encanta todo tipo de champi\u00f1\u00f3n y seta.<\/p>\n<p>Me encanta ponerlos en todo: desde <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pizzetas-con-harina-de-garbanzos-y-hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pizza con hummus<\/u><\/a><\/span> a <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/curry-verde-de-verduras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>curry verde<\/u><\/a><\/span> o <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/crepes-de-setas-cremosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>crepes<\/u><\/a><\/span>. No s\u00e9 cual fue mi problema cuando era ni\u00f1a pero ahora los champi\u00f1ones y las setas son lo que viene primero a mi mente cuando necesito a\u00f1adir una textura carnosa a una receta vegana.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de mi amor para los champi\u00f1ones, no prob\u00e9 de hacer muchas recetas para champi\u00f1ones rellenos vegetarianos. Mientras que me encanta un refrescante y veraniego <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/tomates-rellenos-vegetarianos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>tomate relleno<\/u><\/a><\/span>, rellenar un peque\u00f1o champi\u00f1\u00f3n siempre me parec\u00eda que no val\u00eda la pena. As\u00ed era hasta que encontr\u00e9 estos champi\u00f1ones medianos para parrilla en el supermercado.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo que explicar que en Espa\u00f1a tienes b\u00e1sicamente dos opciones de setas cuando te vas al supermercado: champi\u00f1ones y g\u00edrgolas. Ning\u00fan Portobello, cremini o porcini a la vista. Muy recientemente (como durante este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o) <em>algunos<\/em> supermercados empezaron a ampliar su gama de setas y ofrecer shiitakes, y ahora he encontrado estos champi\u00f1ones de tama\u00f1o mediano.<\/p>\n<p>Geniales para la parilla y para rellenar! Champi\u00f1ones rellenos tambi\u00e9n son populares pero suelen llevar jam\u00f3n serrano o chorizo.<\/p>\n<p>Reemplac\u00e9 el jam\u00f3n por tomates secos y cargu\u00e9 mis champi\u00f1ones rellenos vegetarianos con mucho ajo y perejil.
