Muy sorprendente visto que es noviembre, pero muy motivador para crear unas deliciosas recetas con ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 muy de moda \u201cdeconstruir\u201d platos para servir en un bol. Por eso me sorprendi\u00f3 encontrar mazorcas en noviembre, pero supongo que tiene sentido ya que las temporadas suelen darse m\u00e1s tarde en Espa\u00f1a que en Canad\u00e1. Lamentablemente, con la lluvia de las \u00faltimas semanas no es posible hacer una barbacoa y ya empieza a refrescar.<\/p>\n<p>Pero est\u00e1 bien, el ma\u00edz est\u00e1 tan dulce y fresco, aunque est\u00e9 asado en una sart\u00e9n parilla, que te transporta de nuevo al verano que se fue. \u00a0Tambi\u00e9n ech\u00e9 un pimiento morr\u00f3n en la sart\u00e9n parilla y qued\u00f3 delicioso.<\/p>\n<p>Este burrito vegano en bol est\u00e1 hecho a base de arroz y frijoles sazonados con comino y aj\u00ed molido, con una cubierta de verduras asadas, tomates cherry y aguacate.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor de todo, en mi opini\u00f3n, es la salsa de cilantro y lima que realmente levanta y une todos los sabores.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-4429\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/cilantro-lime-dressing-photo-1360x1763.jpg\" alt=\"Esta receta para burrito vegano en bol est\u00e1 repleta de sabor y es infinitamente m\u00e1s saludable que la comida r\u00e1pida. Si utilizas frijoles secos obviamente necesitar\u00e1s m\u00e1s tiempo pero obtener m\u00e1s sabor ser\u00e1 la recompensa.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el burrito en bol es muy vers\u00e1til. Se puede cambiar cualquiera de las verduras que no te guste o que no tengas a mano por cualquier otra.
