Tanto es as\u00ed que siempre procuro tener un litro de leche de coco bien a mano en la despensa, por si me viene la inspiraci\u00f3n a \u00faltima hora.<\/p>\n<p>La cocina Thai me va genial para aplacar el ansia que tiene mi marido por el sabor del coco, una de sus debilidades, y a la vez satisfacer mi vena culinaria y saciar mi gusto por la comida picante. Adem\u00e1s su preparaci\u00f3n es francamente f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida, el plato puede estar listo en menos de media hora.<\/p>\n<p>La receta que os presento es mi versi\u00f3n vegetariana de una receta extra\u00edda de <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/importfood.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">importfood.com<\/a><\/span>, un portal con un buen repertorio de recetas Thai.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, en su \u00edndice al margen sobre comida vegetariana podemos leer: \u201cNo completamente vegetariano, algunas recetas contienen salsa\/caldo de pescado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es un problema para las personas vegetarianas a las que les gusta la cocina Thai \u2013 la temida salsa de pescado, omnipresente en dicha cocina.<\/p>\n<p>Se hace pr\u00e1cticamente imposible no utilizar dicha salsa ya que es uno de los ingredientes esenciales en la cocina Thai, el que otorga a sus platos ese peculiar car\u00e1cter salado, siendo uno de los cuatro sabores b\u00e1sicos en los que se fundamenta dicha cocina: salado, agrio\/\u00e1cido, dulce y amargo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3750 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/red-curry_1_03.jpg\" alt=\"Esta receta para curry rojo thai es totalemente vegana, r\u00e1pida, f\u00e1cil y deliciosa servido para almuerzo o cena. Puedes comprar pasta de curry rojo ya preparada en cualquier tienda de productos asi\u00e1ticos, aunque recomiendo fervientemente adquirir un mortero de piedra de calidad <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pasta-de-curry-rojo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">para moler a mano y as\u00ed elaborar tus propios currys<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo puedes ajustar el picante a tu gusto (yo normalmente tengo que reajustarlo de nuevo despu\u00e9s de darle a probar a mi marido y ver como se le encharcan las pupilas por el picante).<\/p>\n<p>Originalmente esta receta lleva gambas, las cuales podemos sustituir por tofu, por lo dem\u00e1s es id\u00e9ntica a la que encontr\u00e9 escrita.<\/p>\n<h3>Quieres ver lo f\u00e1cil que es hacer Curry Rojo Thai Vegano?
