Pero qui\u00e9n sab\u00eda que Jap\u00f3n ten\u00eda sus propios curry tambi\u00e9n? (The Japan Times tiene <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.japantimes.co.jp\/life\/2011\/08\/26\/food\/curry-its-more-japanese-than-you-think\/#.WFLBlrIrLIV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>un articulo interesante<\/u><\/a><\/span> \u00a0sobre la historia del curry en Jap\u00f3n, por si te interesa).<\/p>\n<p>Sab\u00eda que exist\u00eda despu\u00e9s de haber visto cajitas de pastillas instant\u00e1neas de curry japon\u00e9s en mi lugar favorito en este mundo (o al menos mi lugar favorito en Barcelona) \u2013 Dong Fang Supermercado Asi\u00e1tico. Simplemente hay que cocer las verduras en caldo o agua y hacer un roux r\u00e1pido con aceite, agua y especias.<\/p>\n<p>Se a\u00f1ade el roux al curry para espesarlo y tienes un curry japon\u00e9s vegano delicioso, sustancioso y especiado de maravilla.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que me pareci\u00f3 m\u00e1s interesante de las recetas que vi por internet fue la inclusi\u00f3n de manzana rallada al curry. Es por eso que el curry japon\u00e9s tiene un toque dulce y suele agradar a los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es menos picante que otros curry asi\u00e1ticos, lo que lo hace bueno tanto para los ni\u00f1os como para los de papilas flojas. Hasta mi marido lo comi\u00f3 sin quejarse! Y claro que un beneficio de hacer tu propio curry desde cero es que puedes ajustar el nivel de picante a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-4576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/vegan-japanese-curry-photo-2.1-1360x1741.jpg\" alt=\"El curry japon\u00e9s vegano es un plato espeso parecido a un guiso de verduras troceadas con un punto dulce y ligero. En vez de ir a Dong Fang para buscar verduras encurtidas japonesas, hice un encurtido r\u00e1pido de r\u00e1bano y jengibre mientras que el curry se cocinaba.<\/p>\n<p>Para los r\u00e1banos encurtidos simplemente cubrirlos con dos partes de vinagre por un parte de az\u00facar y una pizca de sal y dejar encurtir.<\/p>\n<p>Para el jengibre encurtido primero herv\u00ed las l\u00e1minas de jengibre durante cinco minutos para suavizar un poco el picante, escurr\u00ed, y cubr\u00ed con la misma mezcla de vinagre-az\u00facar-sal.
