Los \u00f1oquis son en realidad muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer \u2013 tan f\u00e1ciles que los puedo hacer en s\u00f3lo treinta minutos para una cena r\u00e1pida de entresemana.<\/p>\n<p>Resulta que el secreto para unos \u00f1oquis veganos perfectos, que no parezcan un pegote, es simplemente cocinar las patatas en el microondas (o en el horno) en vez de hervirlas.<\/p>\n<p>El motivo principal es mantener las patatas lo m\u00e1s secas posible para que no se pongan muy pastosas cuando a\u00f1adas la harina. Hay muchas salsas que combinan bien con los \u00f1oquis veganos, desde una sencilla salsa de tomate hasta <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pasta-de-pesto-con-papas-y-judias-verdes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pesto vegano<\/u><\/a><\/span> o una salsa cremosa. Tuve la idea de hacer esta salsa cremosa de cebolla asada tras haber descubierto este <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/food52.com\/recipes\/35625-chefsteps-genius-roasted-onion-cream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>sustituto vegano para la nata<\/u><\/a><\/span> en food52.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendaban este sustituto para terminar platos como sopas y cremas. Me preguntaba si se pod\u00eda usar para hacer una cremosa salsa para pasta tambi\u00e9n. Pero combinada con unos anacardos crudos le dio una textura m\u00e1s espesa con un toque dulce, \u00f3ptimo para hacer una salsa cremosa de cebolla para servir con mis \u00f1oquis veganos.<\/p>\n<p>Esta salsa de cebolla result\u00f3 ser muy interesante y ya estoy en busca de otras maneras para utilizarla.
