Se me ocurri\u00f3 esta mezcla cuando intentaba hacer una hamburguesa vegana de chorip\u00e1n con salsa chimichurri.<\/p>\n<p>Utilic\u00e9 las mismas especias y sazonamientos que en un chorizo com\u00fan pero reemplac\u00e9 la carne por lentejas y champi\u00f1ones. Result\u00f3 estar s\u00faper rico y mi marido la declar\u00f3 la hamburguesa vegana m\u00e1s rica que jam\u00e1s probamos hasta la fecha. Muy f\u00e1cil! Y no nos olvidemos de la salsa italiana marinara, porque no ser\u00eda un s\u00e1ndwich submarino si las alb\u00f3ndigas no se ahogaran en una buena salsa de tomate!<\/p>\n<p>Seamos realistas, hacer alb\u00f3ndigas desde cero lleva tiempo as\u00ed que para ahorrar tiempo me compr\u00e9 un bote de salsa de tomate para esta receta. Pero claro que se ahorra dinero haciendo una deliciosa salsa de tomate casera.
