Despu\u00e9s de leer como unas cincuenta recetas para gumbo, qued\u00e9 sinceramente m\u00e1s confund\u00eda de lo que ya estaba antes.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchas maneras de hacer gumbo y cada cocinero jura que el suyo es el mejor.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que tuve que tomar decisiones dif\u00edciles al hacer mi propia versi\u00f3n de sopa gumbo vegetariana, pero una cosa que tuve clara desde el principio fue que quer\u00eda que llevara okra.<\/p>\n<p>Si lees el blog regularmente ya sabes que me suelo quejar de todas las frutas y verduras no demasiado ex\u00f3ticas que son extremadamente dif\u00edciles de encontrar en Barcelona. Decid\u00ed hacerlo sobre todo por el sabor profundo y el toque a nuez que aportar\u00eda a un gumbo sin carne.<\/p>\n<p>Un roux no es dif\u00edcil de hacer, lo \u00fanico es que tienes que estar pendiente mientras lo haces. Cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo lo est\u00e9s cociendo m\u00e1s profundo y sabroso resultar\u00e1. Miso es lo que suelo utilizar en <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pasta-de-curry-rojo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pasta de curry vegano<\/u><\/a><\/span> para reemplazar la pasta de gambas y darle una nota salada y umami.<\/p>\n<p>Funcion\u00f3 de maravilla en esta receta de gumbo vegetariano, d\u00e1ndole un sabor carnoso sin parecerse a la sopa miso. Mi marido no pudo adivinar que el miso fue el ingrediente secreto!<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, me reserv\u00e9 bastante con las hierbas y especias, a\u00f1adi\u00e9ndole s\u00f3lo un poco de tomillo, laurel y cayena.
