Es por eso que la masa es m\u00e1s espesa y blanda que la masa de pizza tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se traduce en que la pissaladi\u00e8re se mantiene fresca durante unos d\u00edas en la nevera y no se endurece hasta una textura imposible de hincarle el diente.<\/p>\n<p>La otra diferencia entre esta pizza francesa y la pizza italiana es la ausencia de salsa de tomate. Simplemente cortar un mont\u00f3n de cebollas, intentar no llorar, echarlas en una sart\u00e9n y dejarlas. S\u00edrvete un vino y rel\u00e1jate en el sof\u00e1 mientras tus cebollas se caramelizan.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez las cebollas est\u00e9n listas, untarlas sobre la base, colocar los pimientos de forma entrecruzada y decorar con aceitunas y alcaparras.
