Desde el \u00e9xito inesperado de mi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/sopa-italiana-pasta-e-fagioli-vegetariana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>sopa italiana pasta e fagioli<\/u><\/a> el verano pasado, este potaje de alubias ya se estaba cocinando en mi mente. Mientras la pasta e fagioli se aprovecha de las mejores verduras de verano, este potaje de alubias blancas y kale es \u00f3ptimo para el invierno, con frijoles, romero y hojas verdes de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sopa es otro ejemplo de como los ingredientes m\u00e1s simples se pueden convertir en algo maravilloso cuando est\u00e1n bien preparados (los italianos son expertos en eso). La pasta de miso es mi ingrediente secreto para cuando quiero a\u00f1adir un toque de umami a mis recetas veganas. Esta receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/sopa-gumbo-vegetariana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>sopa gumbo vegetariana<\/u><\/a>\u00a0es un ejemplo de como un poco de miso le da un sabor salado, casi carnoso, sin gusto a miso propiamente detectable.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el titulo de esta receta es \u201cpotaje de alubias blancas y kale\u201d, tienes bastante flexibilidad con los ingredientes que elijas. Puedes a\u00f1adir una mezcla de frijoles diferentes o cambiar el kale por otra hoja verde invernal si el kale no te apetece.
