O te encantan o los odias. La okra, junto con la remolacha y el tofu (dos de mis favoritos), es uno de esos ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>No me queda claro por qu\u00e9 la gente tiene esa aversi\u00f3n al tofu, si es maravilloso! Cambiar\u00e1 la opini\u00f3n de cualquier esc\u00e9ptico). Pero la okra, lo entiendo, es viscosa. La t\u00e9cnica que utilic\u00e9 para este curry de okra es la misma que me sirvi\u00f3 para hacer esta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/sopa-gumbo-vegetariana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>sopa gumbo\u00a0vegetariano<\/u><\/a> hace unas semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Cocinar la okra primero y por separado en un poco de aceite, removi\u00e9ndola con frecuencia hasta que est\u00e9 dorada por todos lados y deje de soltar su sustancia viscosa. Es importante no lavar la okra antes de a\u00f1adirla a la sart\u00e9n ya que el agua hace que suelte a\u00fan m\u00e1s sustancia. Luego, retirar la okra a un plato mientras preparas la salsa especiada de tomate, cebolla, ajo y jengibre.
