Sin embargo, creo que mi receta ha mutado en algo poco parecido a la khao soi. Al reemplazar los tallarines de huevo por los de arroz, hace falta fre\u00edr un pu\u00f1ado de ellos para aportar el crujiente que normalmente encuentras en la sopa khao soi no-vegetariana.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n tom\u00e9 un atajo y utilic\u00e9 una pasta de curry amarillo comprada, as\u00ed que puede ser que el perfil de los sabores no sea exactamente el mismo que el de una verdadera sopa khao soi. Simplemente ablandar unos trozos de boniato durante unos minutos en una sart\u00e9n; pochar unos chalotes, ajo y jengibre; a\u00f1adir la pasta de curry ya hecha; finalmente la leche de coco, caldo de verduras, sazonamientos y verduras, \u00a0pasar a la sart\u00e9n y hervir a fuego lento hasta que est\u00e9n blandas. Servir la sopa encima de los tallarines de arroz y decorar con cilantro (o albahaca thai) y un gajo de lima.
