As\u00ed como con los tacos, con las tostadas todo vale tambi\u00e9n. Nunca te quedar\u00e1s sin ideas para montar tus tostadas y son geniales para vaciar tu nevera de cualquier sobra que tengas languideciendo en el fondo.<\/p>\n<p>Ech\u00e9 una mirada r\u00e1pida por internet y vi algunas ideas geniales: tostadas de verduras asadas, tostadas de tofu picante, tostadas con carne de quinoa, tostadas dulces para desayunar, y ahora a\u00f1ado mis tostadas de frijoles negros y setas a la lista!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5288\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/black-bean-mushroom-vegan-tostadas-picture-1360x2040.jpg\" alt=\"Estas tostadas mexicanas veganas son f\u00e1ciles de hacer y adaptables a cualquier verduras que tengas a mano. Esta es una receta saludable y sin aceite, ya que las tostadas est\u00e1n horneadas en vez de fritas!\" width=\"1360\" height=\"2040\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El sofrito de frijoles machacados y las g\u00edrgolas fritas hacen que estas tostadas mexicanas veganas sean muy sustanciosas con un delicioso sabor ahumado. Contrast\u00e9 estos sabores con la acidez de la col morada encurtida. La idea para eso me vino de un bar cerca de casa de mis padres, que sirve nachos con col encurtida encima \u2013 parece raro pero es riqu\u00edsimo!<\/p>\n<p>Ya que cocin\u00e9 mis frijoles desde secos, tambi\u00e9n rall\u00e9 la col morada y la dej\u00e9 en una soluci\u00f3n de vinagre y sal para encurtir la noche anterior, cuando puse los frijoles en remojo. Pero claro que si no tienes el tiempo suficiente para cocinar los frijoles, puedes utilizar los de bote y col o lechuga rallada y fresca en vez de encurtida. Tus tostadas veganas estar\u00e1n igual de deliciosas!<\/p>\n<p>Las dem\u00e1s verduras que puse en mis tostadas fueron algunas sobras que encontr\u00e9 en mi nevera: tomates cherry, r\u00e1banos, un aguacate y un poco de cilantro fresco. Como ya dije, puedes hacer las tuyas con lo que tengas a mano.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5286\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/black-bean-mushroom-vegan-tostadas-photo-1360x2040.jpg\" alt=\"Estas tostadas mexicanas veganas son f\u00e1ciles de hacer y adaptables a cualquier verduras que tengas a mano. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden servir con guacamole, una crema agria de anacardos, o puedes probar la salsa de cilantro y lima de mi receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/burrito-vegano-en-bol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>burrito vegano en bol<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como con mis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/taquitos-veganos-horneados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>taquitos veganos horneados<\/u><\/a>, estas tostadas se pueden servir como almuerzo, cena o como tapa o aperitivo durante una fiesta. Si no quieres emplear mucho tiempo en armar un mont\u00f3n de tostadas, simplemente pon los toppings en bols separados y deja que cada uno a\u00f1ada lo que le guste.
