La mayor\u00eda de los productos comerciales llevan huevo as\u00ed que siempre hago mi propia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/laminas-de-pasta-para-wonton-o-empanadillas-chinas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>masa para wonton<\/u><\/a> vegana. No es tan dif\u00edcil como parece y si tienes una m\u00e1quina de pasta es bastante f\u00e1cil estirar la masa.<\/p>\n<p>Primero amaso la pasta y mientras descansa, preparo el relleno. Esta vez intent\u00e9 hacer una versi\u00f3n vegana de las empanadillas chinas tradicionales de cerdo utilizando tofu frito con una salsa ahumada, parecido a las recetas del bacon de tofu. Ahora es tiempo de rellenarlas! Yo no soy nada experta en doblar y envolver empanadillas chinas y hay varias t\u00e9cnicas y formas que puedes utilizar. Recomiendo que mires un video sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=84-QPpmIleA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>como envolver las empanadillas chinas<\/u><\/a> y cr\u00e9eme cuando digo que se vuelve m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil con la pr\u00e1ctica!<\/p>\n<p>Para esta receta decid\u00ed servir las empanadillas chinas encima de una cama de arroz y junto con pak choi al vapor y r\u00e1banos para darle color. Por suerte se pueden congelar antes de cocinarlas. Simplemente repartirlas en una bandeja y congelarlas. Una vez congeladas, trasladarlas a una bolsa. Calentar una sart\u00e9n a fuego medio-alto y a\u00f1adir 1 cucharada del aceite, el jengibre y el ajo. Pochar, luego a\u00f1adir el tofu y fre\u00edr, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que est\u00e9 dorado en partes. Verter la salsa y seguir friendo hasta que la salsa haya sido absorbida. A\u00f1adir el aceite de s\u00e9samo y trasladar el tofu a un bol para que se enfr\u00ede.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7490-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Ahora puedes preparar el arroz y guarniciones para le bol. Para la salsa, combinar la salsa de soja y vinagre de arroz. A\u00f1adir unas gotas de agua si la salsa est\u00e1 muy salada.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7490-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una vez el tofu est\u00e9 fr\u00edo, apretar la col con las manos para exprimir el m\u00e1ximo de l\u00edquido posible. A\u00f1adir la col, zanahoria y cebolleta al tofu. Probar y a\u00f1adir \u00bd cucharadita de sal si te parece necesario. Poner 1 \u00bd cucharaditas del relleno y una l\u00e1mina de pasta para wonton y envolverla seg\u00fan tu t\u00e9cnica preferida (ver nota abajo para un video).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7490-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Una vez todas las empanadillas est\u00e9n acabadas, calentar una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto y a\u00f1adir 1 cucharada de aceite. Fre\u00edr las empanadillas hasta que est\u00e9n doradas en su parte inferior. Reducir el fuego a medio y a\u00f1adir 60 ml de agua. Cuidado porque salpica, as\u00ed que cubrir la sart\u00e9n r\u00e1pidamente con la tapa. Cocinar durante 3 minutos para l\u00e1minas de pasta frescas o 5 minutos para masa wonton comprada. Destapar y esperar unos minutos para que las partes inferiores vuelvan a estar crujientes.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7490-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Si sirves las empanadillas con pak choi, retirar las empanadillas de la sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adir el pak choi, con el lado del corte hacia abajo.
