No, es broma, en realidad significa \u201carroz mezclado\u201d pero teniendo en cuenta que con el bibimbap el aspecto del plato es tan importante como el sabor, \u201ccomer el arco iris\u201d se podr\u00eda considerar como una traducci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida!<\/p>\n<p>Los componentes del bibimbap as\u00ed como la manera de prepararlos es decisi\u00f3n tuya; pero ten presente que siempre quieres estar seguro de tener una variedad de colores.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que mi meta con esta receta fue hacer un bibimbap vegano y sencillo, decid\u00ed no complicar demasiado la cosa y eleg\u00ed zanahoria y pepino fresco en juliana, espinacas sofritas con ajo, y r\u00e1bano y cebolleta cortados.
