Desde que me fui de Canad\u00e1, los pierogi es la comida que m\u00e1s extra\u00f1o y siempre est\u00e1 en mi lista de platos a preparar cada vez que regreso a casa. No hay nada mejor que poder entrar en cualquier supermercado y coger una bolsa de pierogi congelados para una cena r\u00e1pida de entresemana.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n que tengo es hacerlos caseros. No te voy a mentir; hacer pierogi de la nada no es la cosa m\u00e1s conveniente del mundo. Dir\u00eda que hacen falta unas dos horas, y por eso es un proyecto m\u00e1s asequible para un fin de semana. Pero viendo el resultado vale la pena! Tuve problemas para encontrar una buena receta, que se pudiera estirar lo suficientemente fino y que no se rompiera al envolver el relleno. Entonces tuve una idea genial: por qu\u00e9 no utilizar mi receta para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/laminas-de-pasta-para-wonton-o-empanadillas-chinas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>l\u00e1minas para wonton o empanadillas chinas<\/u><\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>La pasta para wonton requiere agua hirviendo para desnaturalizar las prote\u00ednas de la harina y hace que la masa sea menos el\u00e1stica y m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de estirar. No todas las recetas de pierogi llevan agua caliente, aunque deber\u00edan \u2013 la masa es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de trabajar.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer pierogi, hay que poder hacer varias tareas a la vez. Mientras la masa reposa, puedes dejar las cebollas en una sart\u00e9n caramelizando lentamente. Luego se pueden asar las setas. Tambi\u00e9n hay que cocinar las patatas. Yo las puse en el microondas para no tener otra olla al fuego y por no a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s l\u00edquido al relleno.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente hay que estirar y cortar la masa. Esta receta hace unos 25 pierogi formados a partir de c\u00edrculos de masa de 10 cm. La receta se puede doblar f\u00e1cilmente y congelar algunos para otro d\u00eda. Se pueden hervir directamente del congelador y luego fre\u00edrlos normalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Estos pierogi veganos son deliciosos servidos con crema agria vegana a base de anacardos y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evamuerdelamanzana.com\/fermentacion-como-hacer-chucrut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">chucrut casero<\/span><\/a> (hice el m\u00edo con una col lombarda).
