Son tan f\u00e1ciles de preparar y adem\u00e1s no pierdes tiempo pensando en qu\u00e9 acompa\u00f1amientos servir con tu plato principal. S\u00f3lo un par de verduras preparadas de manera sencilla juntas con tu \u201cacto principal\u201d y ya tienes la cena preparada!<\/p>\n<p>El \u201cacto principal\u201d en este Buddha bowl es el tofu al estilo coreano. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koreanbapsang.com\/2010\/03\/dubu-jorim-korean-braised-tofu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Dubu Jorim<\/em><\/span><\/a>, o tofu picante caramelizado, se suele servir de acompa\u00f1amiento. Pero cuando eres vegetariano o vegano, es genial servido de principal! Si amas el kimchi tanto como yo (obsesionada), seguro que ya tienes una bolsa grande de <em>gochugaru<\/em> en tu cocina para hacer tu kimchi vegano casero! Y si a\u00fan no haces tu propio kimchi casero, \u00bfa qu\u00e9 esperas???? Es un condimento muy f\u00e1cil de hacer y repleto de sabor que le puedes a\u00f1adir a todo (y sobre todo al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/bibimbap-coreano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>bibimbap coreano<\/u><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si no tienes <em>gochugaru<\/em> lo puedes dejar fuera y todav\u00eda tendr\u00e1s un Buddha bowl de tofu al estilo coreano muy rico o lo puedes sustituir por chili en escamas u otro tipo de chili rojo en polvo. Yo lo hago primero para darle el m\u00e1ximo de tiempo posible al encurtido. Luego hago el pak choi: cortarlo por la mitad o a cuartos y saltearlo con un poco de ajo hasta que est\u00e9 blando. Cortar un r\u00e1bano y una cebolleta para decorar. Finalmente, terminar con el tofu y disponer todo en un bol encima de una cama de arroz.
