Es lo que hace que tenga una consistencia carnosa y es genial para reemplazar la carne en todo tipo de plato vegano. Una vez que tengas una masa b\u00e1sica de seitan, la puedes convertir en cualquier tipo de carne a\u00f1adi\u00e9ndole las especias adecuadas.<\/p>\n<p>Tengo que admitir, sin embargo, que el seitan puede presentar algunas dificultades para que se haga bien. Si le a\u00f1ades demasiado l\u00edquido, te quedar\u00e1 un sietan pastoso como el pan mojado.<\/p>\n<p>Si no le a\u00f1ades el l\u00edquido suficiente, te quedar\u00e1s con un seitan gomoso como el chicle. Pur\u00e9 de patatas y alubias blancas hacen que las alb\u00f3ndigas mantengan una textura suave y no gomosa.<\/p>\n<p>El piment\u00f3n le da un toque ahumado y la salsa de soja y la levadura nutricional (o levadura de cerveza) a\u00f1ade el sabor umami.
