Es un asco total! No sabe nada a ricota, sabe todo a tofu ba\u00f1ado en salsa de tomate. Puaj!<\/p>\n<p>Los anacardos presentan una mejor opci\u00f3n para hacer una salsa de queso vegano; geniales para dar cremosidad a una salsa hecha tan s\u00f3lo a base de patata y zanahoria. Me encanta utilizarlos para hacer crema agria como, por ejemplo, para estos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/pierogi-de-setas-y-cebolla-caramelizada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pierogi veganos<\/u><\/a>. El problema de los anacardos? El precio!<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n me vino despu\u00e9s de hacer el video para mis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/croquetas-veganas-de-espinacas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>croquetas veganas de espinacas<\/u><\/a> hace un par de semanas: bechamel! Podr\u00eda utilizar m\u00e1s o menos el mismo relleno que para mis croquetas pero m\u00e1s cremosa para reemplazar el queso en una lasa\u00f1a vegana!<\/p>\n<p>No es que haya nada innovador en el hecho de utilizar bechamel en la lasa\u00f1a; la lasa\u00f1a blanca ya existe y los italianos la hacen desde hace no s\u00e9 cuanto tiempo, desde siempre. Gracias a esto, no hay ninguna necesidad de echarle ning\u00fan producto de queso vegano procesado y no saludable. Ganamos!<\/p>\n<p>La lasa\u00f1a no goza de buena reputaci\u00f3n por ser dif\u00edcil de hacer y requerir mucho tiempo. S\u00ed y no. No voy a mentir, \u00e9sta no es una receta r\u00e1pida de 30 minutos. Para esta lasa\u00f1a vegana vas a hacer un relleno repleto de verduras y una salsa bechamel vegana desde cero. La buena noticia: los dos son f\u00e1ciles de hacer (y si realmente est\u00e1s motivado, puedes hacer una salsa marinara de la nada tambi\u00e9n. Me gustan los champi\u00f1ones y las espinacas para mi lasa\u00f1a, y esta vez a\u00f1ad\u00ed zanahoria y calabac\u00edn tambi\u00e9n. T\u00fa puedes cambiar por cualquier verdura que te guste o que tengas a mano.<\/p>\n<p>Para la bechamel vegana vas a empezar con un roux. El roux es simplemente una mezcla de aceite y harina cocinada unos minutos hasta que empiece a dorar. Esto es para sacar el sabor a harina cruda.<\/p>\n<p>Luego a\u00f1adir cucharones de leche vegetal de uno en uno, mezclando para evitar grumos, hasta que obtengas una salsa cremosa. A veces la bechamel puede quedar grumosa igualmente, no te preocupes si te pasa, simplemente pasar la salsa por un tamiz.<\/p>\n<p>Armarlo todo con placas para lasa\u00f1a y meterla en el horno. Hornear y dejarla enfriar es lo que lleva m\u00e1s tiempo en esta receta. Aunque es muuuuuuy dif\u00edcil dejarla ah\u00ed repos\u00e1ndose, es importante no cortarla cuando est\u00e1 muy caliente porque se puede deshacer!<\/p>\n<h3>Quieres ver como se hace la lasa\u00f1a vegana?
