Esta receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CilantroandCitronellaEspanol\/photos\/a.1525649291080619.1073741828.1525411021104446\/1761379370840942\/?type=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>lentejas espa\u00f1olas<\/u><\/a> es uno de las m\u00e1s populares de mi p\u00e1gina de Facebook y reci\u00e9n descubr\u00ed que las lentejas son excepcionales para reemplazar la carne en una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CilantroandCitronellaEspanol\/videos\/1809815675997311\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>salsa bolo\u00f1esa vegana<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hace unas semanas en la p\u00e1gina de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CilantroandCitronellaEspanol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>Facebook de Cilantro and Citronella<\/u><\/a> os pregunt\u00e9 qu\u00e9 recetas veganas os gustar\u00eda ver en el blog. Tuve varios pedidos de lentejas rojas y amarillas. Buena idea! Ya que los \u00faltimos d\u00edas fueron lluviosos y nublados, se me ocurri\u00f3 la idea de hacer un chili vegano calentito y reconfortante.<\/p>\n<p>Los chilis caen dentro de esa categor\u00eda de receta tipo \u201cabrir la nevera y echar en la olla lo que encuentres\u201d. En serio, puedes a\u00f1adir lo que quieras a este chili vegano: zanahoria, ma\u00edz, calabac\u00edn, espinacas, batata, m\u00e1s frijoles, etc. Y lo puedes decorar con los toppings que te guste: cebolleta, cilantro, aguacate, cebolla roja, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/nachos-veganos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>crema agria de anacardos<\/u><\/a>, jugo de lim\u00f3n. Servir con o sin nachos al lado. Para el sabor cl\u00e1sico a chili vas a necesitar piment\u00f3n, comino y or\u00e9gano. El jarabe de arce le da un toque dulce y el chili en polvo un poco de picante. Si te gusta el chili realmente picante, a\u00f1\u00e1dele encima jalape\u00f1os o salsa Tabasco.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez tienes todos los ingredientes, simplemente es cuesti\u00f3n de echarlo todo en una olla (otra genial receta que se hace en una sola olla) y dejar cocinar lentamente durante unos 30 minutos hasta que las lentejas est\u00e9n blandas.
