Si una vez hiciste un pastel de este tipo, ya sabr\u00e1s que todas las otras recetas que hay en internet llevan harina para espesar el relleno a base de leche o nata.<\/p>\n<p>Pues, para <em>este<\/em> pastel vegano no tienes que preocuparte por los grumos ni pasar un mont\u00f3n de tiempo removi\u00e9ndolo ya que la cremosidad del relleno se consigue gracias a un pur\u00e9 de alubias blancas con caldo de verduras y ech\u00e1ndolo todo junto en la olla con las otras verduras. Ingenioso, verdad?<\/p>\n<p>El resto del relleno se compone de cebolla, ajo, apio, zanahoria, alubias enteras y col kale. Suelo tomar tiempo para hacer mi propia masa quebrada casera ya que el sabor y la textura son superiores en calidad a cualquier marca de masa comprada que haya probado. Sin embargo, puede ser un poco complicado y si no estas c\u00f3modo haci\u00e9ndola tu mismo, la puedes sustituir por una masa comprada (tambi\u00e9n ahorrar\u00e1s tiempo).<\/p>\n<p>Ya que donde vivo a\u00fan no se puede comprar mantequilla vegana f\u00e1cilmente, adem\u00e1s de elegir no utilizar la margarina en sustituci\u00f3n \u00a0del aceite de palma y la cantidad de productos qu\u00edmicos que lleva, decid\u00ed hacer mi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/masa-brisa-o-quebrada-con-aceite-de-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>masa quebrada vegana con aceite de coco<\/u><\/a>. Si est\u00e1s haciendo esta receta en invierno (y me imagino que es el caso), tu aceite de coco deber\u00eda ser s\u00f3lido a temperatura ambiente, facilitando el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si (como yo) tienes una cocina peque\u00f1\u00edsima y sin ventilaci\u00f3n que se calienta much\u00edsimo cada vez que enciendes el horno, tendr\u00e1s que trabajar r\u00e1pido para colocar la masa en el pastel antes de que el aceite se derrita.
