El rebozado es realmente sencillo y al estilo de los famosos fish and chips. Este rebozado es el mejor para lograr unos trozos de \u201cpescado\u201d muy crujientes que son perfectos para cuando se te antoja un delicioso taco de pescado vegano!<\/p>\n<p>Si viniste a esta p\u00e1gina tras haber visto el video para tacos de pescado veganos en Facebook, ya sabr\u00e1s que el ingrediente que utilic\u00e9 para esta receta son los palmitos. Prob\u00e9 esta receta con varios ingredientes para reemplazar el pescado y me gustaron los palmitos por su textura y salaz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, dependiendo de donde vivas, los palmitos pueden ser caros o dif\u00edciles de encontrar. Por eso te ofrezco alternativas que son igual de deliciosas y m\u00e1s baratas: corazones de alcachofa en cuartos o g\u00edrgolas\/setas. Este es un rebozado muy sencillo, puedes a\u00f1adirle cualquier hierba o especia; para darle m\u00e1s sabor a mar: algas en polvo, una hoja de nori picada, etc. A\u00f1\u00e1dele lo que quieras y deja volar tu imaginaci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<p>Para los toppings, lo hice sencillo: col lombarda rallada con un aderezo simple de jugo de lima y sal. Tambi\u00e9n hice una ensalada refrescante de mango, aguacate y cebolla roja. Utilic\u00e9 la salsa adobo de una lata de chipotles mezclada con yogur de soja.
