Estoy bastante segura de que a todo el mundo le encantan, los puedes comer en cualquier momento del d\u00eda (incluso para desayunar), son geniales para acabar con las sobras de la cena de la noche anterior y los puedes hacer a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p>\u00daltimamente se me antoja algo con sabor a barbacoa, pero no tenemos barbacoa. As\u00ed que, \u00bfqu\u00e9 podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que empapar unos trozos de tempeh en salsa barbacoa y envolverlos en una tortilla? Definitivamente lo que necesitaba para complacer mi antojo!<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer el tempeh simplemente es cuesti\u00f3n de hervir o cocinar al vapor el tempeh durante 15 minutos. Esto ayuda a mejorar la textura del tempeh y quitarle la amargura.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6072\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/BBQ-Tempeh-Image.jpg\" alt=\"Estos burritos veganos son muy simples de montar, con tempeh cocinado en salsa barbacoa y verduras frescas. Aunque normalmente prefiero hacer todo casero, esta vez me dio palo y compr\u00e9 un bote de salsa barbacoa.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si tienes tiempo, haz tu propia salsa barbacoa casera. Vale la pena ya que su gusto ser\u00e1 al menos mil veces mejor que cualquier salsa que puedas comprar en el supermercado.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo, dar la vuelta a tu tempeh en la sart\u00e9n un par de veces para caramelizarlo por fuera y eso es todo, \u00a1listo para montar los burritos! Hice una especie de ensalada con tomate, cebolla roja, aguacate, cilantro y jalape\u00f1o picado. Una vez est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1adir el tempeh. Fre\u00edr, d\u00e1ndole la vuelta, hasta que est\u00e9 dorado en ambos lados.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7378-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pincelar con salsa barbacoa, darle la vuelta y fre\u00edr un minuto para caramelizar. Pincelar el otro lado con salsa y darle la vuelta una vez m\u00e1s. Fre\u00edr un minuto m\u00e1s para caramelizar este lado tambi\u00e9n.
