Nunca lo encuentro en el supermercado) as\u00ed que ya puedo volver a hacer mi receta favorita para salsa tzatziki vegana, (la que utilic\u00e9 para mi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/receta-de-falafel\/\"><u>receta de falafel<\/u><\/a>) perfecta para estos burritos veganos mediterr\u00e1neos!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6119\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-tzatziki-image.jpg\" alt=\"Tzatziki vegano en un bol azul.\" width=\"740\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-tzatziki-image.jpg 740w, https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/vegan-tzatziki-image-296x300.jpg 296w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para hacer la salsa tzatziki vegana simplemente combinar el yogurt vegano con pepino rallado, eneldo fresco, ajo picado y jugo de lim\u00f3n. Ya que el pepino contiene mucha agua, es buena idea escurrirlo apretando para sacar el agua para que tu salsa no quede muy aguada.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar todas las verduras que vayas a utilizar para los burritos veganos. Utilic\u00e9 lechuga, tomate, cebolla roja, la otra mitad del pepino, aceitunas negras y pimiento verde.<\/p>\n<p>Para a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s sustancia a los burritos machaqu\u00e9 un bote grande de garbanzos. Ya est\u00e1 toda la preparaci\u00f3n hecha, todo listo para montar los burritos!<\/p>\n<p>Para tus tortillas tienes varias opciones: las puedes dejar tal cual, calentarlas en el microondas y\/o tostarlas en una sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00ed me gusta montar los burritos con las tortillas sin calentar, al natural, y luego pasarlos por la sart\u00e9n para tostar por ambos lados. Dejarlo en un colador encima de un bol mientras cortas las verduras. Tambi\u00e9n puedes cortar la otra mitad del pepino en dados.
