Y cuando piensas en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recetasderechupete.com\/pesto-rosso-rojo-salsa-italiana\/17091\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>pesto rojo<\/u><\/a>, tal vez te imagines el pesto hecho con tomates secos. Pues, este pesto vegano no es ninguno de los anteriores, sino una receta que definitivamente vas a querer probar si a\u00fan no la probaste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este pesto de almendra y tomate proviene de Sicilia y es genial para los veganos taca\u00f1os como yo, ya que no requiere pi\u00f1ones ni una gran cantidad de albahaca (la albahaca es car\u00edsima en supermercados!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed como otras <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/category\/italiano\/\"><u>recetas italianas veganas<\/u><\/a> que tengo en el blog, lo que hace que esta receta sea deliciosa, es la simplicidad y calidad de los ingredientes. Si escoges tomates pera, mejor pelarlos y sacarles las semillas para que el pesto no quede demasiado aguado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario hacer este proceso si utilizas tomates cherry, ya que su piel es tierna y no contienen demasiada agua. Si haces esta receta pasado el verano, los tomates cherry son la mejor opci\u00f3n, ya que normalmente son los que mantienen mejor su sabor durante cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y son f\u00e1ciles de encontrar en el supermercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de utilizar almendras crudas para esta receta. Utilic\u00e9 almendras enteras y ya peladas y las tost\u00e9 para potenciar su sabor. Vi algunas recetas que procesaban el pesto hasta obtener una pasta como el t\u00edpico pesto de albahaca, pero a mi me gusta dejarlo con un poco de textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente cuando hago <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/mini-hamburguesas-de-champinones\/\"><u>pesto vegano<\/u><u><\/u><\/a><u><\/u> suelo echar una cucharadita de pasta de miso para reemplazar el sabor umami del parmesano.
