Donde vivo,\nno tenemos muchas opciones de ramen, y mucho menos de ramen vegano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desgraciadamente, parece que el ramen aun no se ha puesto\nde moda en Barcelona, ya que \u00e9ramos los \u00fanicos comensales de todo el sitio un\ns\u00e1bado por la noche! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sirvieron solo tres opciones: ramen miso, ramen con\ns\u00e9samo blanco y ramen con s\u00e9samo negro. Estaba incre\u00edblemente bueno: nunca\nantes hab\u00eda probado ese tipo de ramen con un caldo cremoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un poco de investigaci\u00f3n online me ense\u00f1\u00f3 que simplemente\nestaban haciendo una versi\u00f3n vegana del ramen Tantanmen (no suele ser vegano\npor tener caldo de pollo y cerdo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"994\" data-pin-description=\"Este ramen vegano ser\u00e1 el m\u00e1s delicioso que jam\u00e1s hayas probado!! La sopa es simplemente pasta de s\u00e9samo (yo uso tahini), salsa de soja,\nvinagre de arroz y aceite de chili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacerlo vegano, sustitu\u00ed el cerdo con tofu\ndesmenuzado, y el caldo de pollo por uno de verduras. Luego, lo cubr\u00ed con un\npoco de bok choy hervido, las partes bajas de la cebolleta fritas y crujientes,\ny las partes superiores de la cebolleta cortadas en lonchas finas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los fideos del ramen, us\u00e9 mi receta de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cilantroandcitronella.com\/es\/fideos-ramen-caseros\/\">fideos ramen caseros<\/a><\/span>. Siempre hago los fideos de ramen desde cero porque me horroriza la lista interminable de qu\u00edmicos que llevan los ramen empaquetados, y no puedo encontrar fideos de ramen frescos en ning\u00fan sitio de mi ciudad (incluso en el restaurante al que fuimos usaban ramen empaquetados para los platos!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"1110\" data-pin-description=\"Este ramen vegano ser\u00e1 el m\u00e1s delicioso que jam\u00e1s hayas probado!! No te preocupes si no quieres\nhacer tus propios fideos, porque puedes usar cualquier paquete de fideos de\nramen para hacer esta receta de ramen vegano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacer el bol de sopa de ramen vegana es tan f\u00e1cil como\nfre\u00edr el tofu hasta que se quede crujiente, y luego sazonarlo con la salsa de\nsoja, la pasta de miso y sake. Una vez hecho esto, fr\u00ede las partes blancas de\nla cebolleta en un poco de aceite hasta que queden doradas y dulces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla, hierve el bok choy ya cortado hasta que\nquede tierno, y luego utiliza la misma olla para cocinar los fideos de ramen.\nEn un bol, combina los ingredientes para la base de la sopa y echa el caldo de\nverduras caliente.
