Yo prefiero moler mi curry con ayuda del mortero, gastando quiz\u00e1 un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo y esfuerzo, pero los aceites resultantes de la elaboraci\u00f3n lo valen, as\u00ed como el encantador aspecto delicioso del resultado final, salta a la vista. Si no tienes un mortero adecuado o la paciencia necesaria tambi\u00e9n puedes utilizar un procesador de alimentos. Para mi versi\u00f3n vegetariana de esta receta he sustituido la pasta de gambas por la de miso. Tambi\u00e9n puedes tratar de buscar una salsa conocida como \u201cGolden Mountain Sauce\u201d, otra alternativa vegetariana a la pasta de gambas.
