In reply to Lindsay. Almonds don´t blend as smoothly as cashews. You can use them but you´ll have a grittier sauce.

In reply to Connie Poff. Pretty much any herb would work, maybe basil, oregano or dill. It would have less of a "Mexican" flavour but they would all make a nice dressing.

I tried this last night. My family loved it! Very easy to pull together, and dressing is amazing!! I will definitely be making this on a regular basis.
