I have made this recipe twice (but without the dressing) and found these mushrooms to be delicious. I made no changes to the recipe otherwise.

These sound great. One question…do you use dried sun dried tomatoes, or jarred sun dried tomatoes soaked oil?

This is my favorite way to have stuffed mushrooms, absolutely delicious. I have made them several times.
